ELENA

Elena was born in Treviso, Italy, 27 years ago, but she soon moved to Latina, near Rome. She took part to the Donnavventura Malaysian Grand Raid in 2007, travelling with the team almost all the way up to the end - in fact, she had to return to Italy to get her degree as a professional dentist. She got the best marks of course! She participated to Donnavventura 2008 as well, while she recently moved closer to the famous Italian hospital "Gemelli" in Rome, where she works and she is currently further specializing n her profession. She simply loves to treat young patients as she adores the children. Her passion about travelling is in her DNA and his father's as well - the latter is a professional airline pilot who never missed a chance to take her lively daughter around the world on many occasions. He was actually the one to encourage Elena to apply for a Donnavventura position!
She adores cooking, although she does not follow any particular recipes - her favourite dishes are the most exotic ones, curry and coconut milk chicken and .... Lasagna with radicchio salad!
